The Coordinator for Children and youth in broadcast at Curious Minds Ghana, Mr. Kingsley Obeng Okyere has made an appeal to authorities to put the interest of the youth first in the socio economic development of our country.
This according to him will mean a long term achievement for the country, as it will span for a reasonable period of time.
He further appealed for authorities to resort to the principle of always investing for the best interest of children.
He meanwhile called on the youth of the country to acquire knowledge and participate in every way possible to fight for the development of the youth in the country in a non violent manner.
He made this known in an interview with FiilaNews during the 25th anniversary celebration of the northern regional chapter of curios minds over the weekend.
In an interview with Hanan Sani Inusah a member of curious mind-Tamale chapter, he outlined that the organization focus’ its activities on changing the youth in a positive direction, hence its been committed in changing the lives of the youth through their programs.
He meanwhile called for attitudinal change on the part of the youth to help fix the country.
Curious Minds is a uniquely young people-led organisation with a focus in promoting children and youth development.
The celebration was themed ; “25 years of championing meaningful youth participation in their development”.
