NRSA congratulates Yaa-Naa on his appointment as President of the N/R House of Chiefs
The National Road Safety Authority (NRSA) has congratulated the Overlord of Dagbon on his appointment as the new President of the Northern Regional House of Chiefs.
The NRSA says it is elated at the milestone achieved by the Overlord, and believes it is a testimony of His Good-works towards the development of Dagbon and Ghana as a whole.
This was contained in a statement copied to FiilaNews and signed by the Director General of the Road Safety Authority Ing. Mrs May Obiri-Yeboah.
It stated that as a Goodwill Ambassador for Road Safety in the Region, the Overloads role as the newly appointed President of the House of Chiefs will enable Him champion the course of Road safe and influence other divisional chiefs to embrace and preach road safety to their constituents.
The statement further appealed to the various Highness’ in the region and beyond, to help campaign for road safety compliance as the nation prepares for elections and Christmas in the next couple of months.
The election and reconstitution of the house became necessary after North East and Savannah Regions have been carved out of Northern region.
