Croatian giants Dinamo Zagreb announce signing of GPL winner Fuzy Taylor

The 18-year-old joins Dinamo Zagreb on a season-long loan deal from Ghana Premier League champions.

Despite his experience playing topflight football in Ghana in the last two seasons, Taylor will spend more time with the youth team of Dinamo.

“Fuzy Taylor is a new Dinamo player!. Although only 18 years old, the talented Ghanaian midfielder has already played two seasons in senior football, and he arrived at Maksimir from the current champion of Ghana! Fuzy will initially join our B team, and we welcome him to the blue club!” posted the club on social media.

Before joining Medeama SC last season, where he played a vital role in helping the Tarkwa-based club win the league, Taylor featured for Accra Lions in the Ghana Premier League.

“I am excited to begin this new chapter with GNK Dinamo Zagreb. This is a huge opportunity for me to develop as a player and compete at a higher level. I would like to thank Medeama SC for believing in me and supporting my journey. I am looking forward to giving my best and making the fans proud,” said the versatile player.

The move is expected to further his development and gain valuable experience in European football with one of the continent’s most respected talent-producing clubs.

Taylor emerged as one of the brightest young prospects in Ghanaian football following a series of impressive performances for Medeama last season.

His energetic displays, technical ability, creativity and influence in midfield attracted attention from several clubs abroad, ultimately leading to a move to the Croatian powerhouse.
