Black Stars issues are not down to only coaching – Tamimu Issah
Former Communications Director of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Tamimu Issah beleives Black Stars' challenges are not down to technical issues alone.

The technical team of the senior national team led by Otto Addo has come under serious scrutiny after failing to guide the team to book a qualification for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.
There have been widespread calls for the technical team’s sacking after the team’s poor performance during the qualifiers.
Despite the calls, Issah beleives the current challenges of the Black Stars go beyond technical issues and require a more holistic approach to address the underlying factors.
Speaking on Asempa FM, he questioned the overemphasis on technical matters as the sole cause of the team’s challenges, pointing to the frequent coaching changes in recent years.
“I don’t think the issue with the national team (Black Stars) is technical alone,” Issah said.
“How many coaches have we changed over the past five years? There are other factors we need to look at as a nation,” he added.
Ghana finished at the bottom of Group F with three points having recorded three defeats and three draws.
