WAFU B U-17 Championships: Black Starlets coach Dr Prosper Narteh Ogum confident of improved finishing against Ivory Coast
Black Starlets head coach, Dr Prosper Narteh Ogum, says they have worked on improving their conversion rates in the ongoing WAFU B U-17 Championships.

Ghana opened their campaign with a 1-1 draw against Togo last week in Yamoussoukro.
Speaking to the media ahead of their second group game against hosts, Ivory Coast, Dr Ogum admitted that the team has been creating enough chances, but their conversion rate in front of goal has been a challenge.
“Creating the chance is not the problem. It’s about conversion, and because of that, we had a full session on goal scoring in our last training session,” he said.
The former WAFA boss further explained how the team has been simulating real-match scenarios to improve their finishing.
“Some of the situations that happened in the game were recreated, and we worked on the finishing in our last training session. The conversion was good at training, and I’m sure our conversion against Ivory Coast will be better,” Dr Ogum added.
Kick off for the game is scheduled at 18:00 GMT at the Charles Konan Banny Stadium.
