Hubtel launches eCommerce operations in Tamale

Hubtel has formally opened its very first customer experience center within the Tamale metropolis in the Northern region.

This follows the rapid adoption of eCommerce by residents in the area, and Ghanaian’s at large.

Having served their customers in Accra, Tema, Takoradi and Kumasi,   Hubtel is now extending the convenience of fast store-to-door deliveries to other parts of the country.

In an interview with FiilaNews, the Public Relations lead at Hubtel,Samuel Abeiku Dadson noted that the move aligns with the company’s continuous quest to help businesses grow their sales and connect better to changing customer needs.

“As part of measures to spread our tentacles, we see tamale as a very fast developing city and we believe it is now time to make tamale part of the digital economy”.

He added that Hubtel is a free to download app that brings buyers closer to the sellers of their everyday essentials with a fast delivery option available for customers.

He mentioned groceries, toiletries, health and wellness products, restaurant services among the lots of products and services available on hubtel.

Mr. Abeiku Dadson further revealed that as a means to announce Hubtel’s presence in Tamale, they are offering patrons a 50% discount on the 1st of December 2022 and a 10 cedis discount on all purchases made on farmers day 2nd December, 2022 from ByFaith catering services using the Hubtel app.

He has thus urged the people of Tamale to take advantage of the convenience hubtel brings customers to be served all their orders in the shortest possible time.

“Hubtel is making sure that from both the fixing of your order to the delivery, urgency is key. He was meanwhile quick to add that Hubtel had a refund policy that takes care of wrong deliveries to ensure that customers are not inconvenienced in anyway.
