2024/25 Ghana Premier League: Week 8 Match Report – Bechem United 0-0 Karela United
Bechem United were held to a goalless draw by visiting Karela United at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park on Sunday, October 27 2024.
Both teams had designs on claiming their third wins of the campaign but the game ended in a stalemate.
The hosts showed more intent and desire in the first half with most of chances coming their way but they failed to convert them.
Karela also had their moments but the Pride and Passion were poor with the finishing.
The second half was evenly contested as both coaches made changes as they set their sights on picking up all three points.
Perhaps the best opportunity of the half fell to Emmanuel Owusu in stoppage but he failed to grab a late win for the Hunters.
The draw leaves the Bechem in 8th position with 10 points while Karela are 12th with 9 points.
The Hunters will travel to Nsoatreman for their next match while Karela will host Nations FC.
