Interior Minister Mohammed Muntaka Mubarak, Greater Accra Regional Minister, Linda Ocloo and Education Minister Haruna Iddrisu have visited the scene of the devastating building collapse in Accra New Town.
They are assuring that every possible effort is being made to rescue those still trapped.
The three ministers were spotted at the site as emergency teams worked into the night, coordinating operations and assessing the situation firsthand.
They indicated that all relevant rescue agencies are on the ground and fully engaged, stressing that no effort will be spared in the ongoing search for survivors beneath the rubble.
Their visit comes as the situation remains tense, with fears that more victims could still be trapped under the debris.
Two people have so far been confirmed dead following the collapse of the three-storey structure, while 14 others have been rescued.
Michael Kpakpo Allotey confirmed the fatalities earlier, as emergency crews intensified efforts to reach those still buried.
The incident occurred at an uncompleted building within the premises of the Accra New Town Experimental Basic School. The site is also used by Christian worshippers on Sundays.
The cause of the collapse is yet to be determined.
Rescue operations have continued into the night, with personnel from the Ghana Police Service, National Disaster Management Organisation and the Ghana National Fire Service leading the response.
Floodlights have been mounted to aid visibility, while heavy equipment is being used to clear debris carefully.
Authorities say the urgency remains high, as some victims are believed to still be alive beneath the rubble, with reports of voices heard calling for help.
The presence of the ministers underscores the gravity of the situation as government officials work to ensure a coordinated, sustained rescue effort to save lives.
