The NPP Member of Parliament for Tamale Central constituency and the CEO of the Nation Builders Corp (NABCO) Dr. Ibrahim Anyars, has officially unveiled his Campaign Team geared towards the 2020 general elections at the Center for National Culture in Tamale.
The 60 member campaign team will lead the Campaign activities of the constituency and ensure they whisk the parliamentary seat from the incumbent NDC.
The Chairman of the campaign team who also doubles as the parliamentary candidate for Tamale Central Dr. Ibrahim Anyars, in his submission called on all party members to remain focused and dedicated to the task of snatching the seat for the opposition NDC.
The campaign team has security and intelligence, Research and Election, Media, information and technology and legal units with a specialist heading each unit.
The Chairman further tasked the team to work hard to ensure the party wins the Tamale Central Parliamentary seat and retain President Akufo Addo in the upcoming December polls.
The MCE for Sagnarigu Hajia Mariam Iddrisu whiles addressing members stated emphatically that victory can be the NPP’s come December 7th if members are committed to working as a team devoid of their personal differences.
Outlining his policies to party sympathizers during the launch, the Nabco Boss announced his intent to set up of a business fund for the women in the constituency to improve on their businesses and prevent them from having to pay huge interest rates after taking loans from financial institutions.
He also pledged to set up an Early Childhood Development Center for every electoral area under his constituency to ease the burden mother’s go through in taking care of their children.
On education, Dr. Anyars will introduce a Free Busing to school system to save the lives of innocent children whose parents overload them on motorbikes to school on a daily basis.
The CEO further indicates he will role out capacity building initiatives to better position the youths in the constituency and prepare them adequately for the job market.
Meanwhile party faithful have been urged to work hard at their various electoral areas towards capturing power in December for the Tamale Central Parliamentary Candidate and the Nana Addo government.
Among those in attendance were the Mayor of Tamale, Iddrisu Musah Superior, The MCE of Sagnarigu Hajia Mariam Iddrisu, Constituency executives among other bigwigs within the party and other parties in opposition.
