The Dungu branch National Investment Bank (NIB) has donated a set of assorted stationary and office furniture to the Lamashegu station area of the Ghana Police Service.

The furniture worth over thousands of Ghana cedis was in response to request by the Police service to assist the service furnish it newly constructed ultramodern police station.

The items includes chairs, television sets, printers, furniture and some other office equipment to facilitate their operations.

Handing over the items to the Ghana Police Service, Risk Manager at the Dungu branch of NIB, Gado Abdul Rahman said NIB place the security of the nation amongst its top priority hence the need to assist the police service to effectively discharge their duties effectively by maintain peace and stability in the country.

According to Abdul-Rahman, the NIB has a cordial relationship with the Ghana Police Service dating back in the 60s.

The Risk Manager hopes the items will be of great help to the Ghana Police service especially in the discharge of their official duties.
