Former Black Stars defender John Mensah says he will not hesitate to relaunch his career in the Ghana Premier League.

Mensah who is 34 years has been out of action due to injury but has now recovered.

The former Olympic Lyon and Sunderland center back wouldn’t mind ending his career back home.

“I can consider, because it’s not a problem that I can play in the Ghana Premier League,” he said.

John also went on to explain that “I’m just doing certain things, after that I will see what I can do next.”

With regards to the club he dreams of playing in the Ghana Premier League, Mensah said “it’s going to be difficult, it also depends on the club that approaches me if they are good to me and also shows the desire of signing me.”

The ‘Rock of Gibraltar’ has been out of action from the Black Stars team for a while, but he is hopeful of getting a call up before hanging his boots.
