The Women in Law and Development in Africa (WiLDAF Ghana) has urged Justice Sophia Akuffo to use her office to advance the rights of women and girls when approved by Parliament as the Chief Justice of Ghana.
In a congratulatory message signed and issued by Melody Darkey, National Programme Coordinator of the association, they expressed the hope that Ms Akuffo would serve as a positive role model to women and girls.
The organisation, however, congratulated Justice Akuffo on her nomination as the Chief Justice of Ghana and wished her success.
