Former President John Mahama celebrated the 28th Anniversary of his marriage to his wife Lordina by presenting her with a bouquet of flowers.
The former president made this known in a post yesterday (July 29) on his social media channels.
Photographs shared by the NDC flagbearer show the former First couple standing either side of a giant bouquet of an assortment of flowers.
Other photographs reveal that that the former first family also held a family lunch to mark the occassion.
According to Mr Mahama’s biography online, he married Lordina Mahama (née Effah on July 29, 1992. They have five children named Shafik, Shahid, Sharaf, Jesse and Farida.
