CONFIRMED: Asante Kotoko to use Len Clay Stadium for the GPL second round

The Porcupine Warriors have adopted to the Len Clay Stadium as their new home venue for the second round of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League season.

Ghana Premier League giants Asante Kotoko have been cleared by the Club Licensing Board of the Ghana Football Association with the usage of the edifice in Obuasi.

Prior to the commencement of the 2020/21 season, the Kumasi-based club adopted the Accra Sports Stadium as their new home venue following the renovation work at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium for the past months.
Earlier this month, management of Asante Kotoko wrote to the Football Association to request for a change of venue ahead of the second round of the 2020/21 season which starts on April 4.
The two-time CAF Champions League winners will share the Obuasi based edifice with owners AshantiGold SC and Division One League side Asokwa Deportivo.
Asante Kotoko will host Berekum Chelsea in their first home fixture at the Len Clay Stadium.
