After matchday 10 of the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League season, Daniel Lomotey and Diawisie Taylor are making a claim to win the goal king award at the end of the campaign.

Having established himself as one of the best finishers in the division, Karela United forward Diawisie Taylor has already found the back of the net eight times.

Unlike other strikers in the Ghana Premier League, the forward has no problem scoring in away games and has been in prolific form when playing at home as well.

The young forward has been key for Karela United with his 8 goals helping the team to pick up crucial points.

Not only has his goals pushed his team to the summit of the Ghana Premier League, but Diawisie Taylor also occupies the second spot on the top scorers’ chart.

He has been tipped to earn a Black Stars call-up soon and could easily go on to win the goal king award at the end of the 90 minutes.

Challenging Diawisie Taylor at the top of the chart is WAFA SC talisman Daniel Lomotey. The striker before traveling to Tunisia to seal his move to AS Soliman scored 8 goals for his team in the Ghana Premier League.

In his absence, however, Diawisie Taylor, Kwame Opoku [Asante Kotoko], and Yahaya Mohammed [Aduana Stars] looks to be the contenders for the top award at the end of the season.
